Greg Hardy Calls for a Fight Against Tai Tuivasa at UFC 264

UFC heavyweight Greg Hardy says he's going to be fighting UFC 264 on July 10 and that he has an opponent in his mind that's Tai Tuivasa.

Greg Hardy who has not fought in a while and is in desperation to get a fight lately had called out a fighter on Instagram, one that he hopes will be contrary to a shoe-drinking heavyweight from Australia, Tai Tuivasa.

"@bambamtuivasa let us bang my guy," Hardy wrote. "Who wishes to determine (a) real struggle. Ass load of fires and broken faces, is that it just me?"

On Tuesday, Hardy chose into his social media to announce that he is preparing for a fight at UFC 264. Even though"The Prince of War" did not officially confirm his opponent, he suggested that it could be"Australia's favorite kid," and points facing off against Tuivasa.

"Getting ready for July 10th. It is on the contract and the prince is loaded and locked. Bout to drop a few the grade American super spiller G bombs Australia's favorite son #nobiden" this is what he wrote at the caption of his Instagram post.

Hardy vs Tuivasa can be a Wonderful matchup

Hardy (7-3 MMA, 4-3 UFC) and also Tuivasa (11-3 MMA, 5-3 UFC) confronted distinct fates in their most recent outings. Back in December, Hardy lost to Marcin Tybura via second-round TKO. The stoppage came following a successful first round for Hardy, who fought to escape Tybura's clutches once the fight hit the mat at Round 2. This was Hardy's initial career stoppage reduction and snapped a two-fight winning series.

As for Tuivasa, he is riding a two-fight winning series. The initial leg happened when Tuivasa knocked out Stefan Struve in October.

Tuivasa most recently competed March 20 at UFC on ESPN 21 when he immediately defeated promotional newcomer Harry Hunsucker from TKO in 49 seconds. Tuivasa's unique opponent Don'Tale Mayes withdrew in the struggle days ahead of the occasion.

The July 10 event is going to be UFC 264 that will be headlined by the trilogy fight between Conor Mcgregor along with Dustin Poirier. Following McGregor scored a first-round knockout of Poirier in their initial interview at UFC 178 at September 2014,"The Diamond" left his resurrection from the rematch when he TKO'd McGregor in UFC 257 at January.

With this improvement, the UFC 264 lineup now includes:

Dustin Poirier vs Conor McGregor
Gilbert Burns vs. Stephen Thompson
Jessica Eye vs Jennifer Maia
Greg Hardy vs Tai Tuivasa
